I'm a solar physicist interested in the analysis and interpretation of multi-wavelength observations of solar flares. I'm particularly interested in X-ray and radio studies of events with dynamic phenomena, such as mass ejections and shock waves.
My teaching responsibilities this year include lecturing and coursework supervision. In the past I have also carried out laboratory demonstration in astronomy and supervision of student's solar research projects.
I'm also interested in promoting astronomy to the general public, particularly children. For more information see our group's outreach pages.
