Part of the VOTech organisation, which is in turn part of the Euro-VO project. I'm working on `Semantic Resource Discovery for the Virtual Observatories' (the `Semantic Web' is the plain old Web but with semantic knobs on). I'm funded by Leicester, but based in Glasgow.
